Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

To request a return, please email us at hello@darlin.london with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale Items 

For sale items, we offer exchanges rather than refunds.
If the fit isn’t quite right, just get in-touch and we’ll do our best to find the perfect alternative.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Email us and we’ll do our best to help, stock permitting.

To avoid missing out, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
