Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you as swiftly and securely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.

UK Shipping
We offer Royal Mail 24 Tracked & Signed delivery on all UK orders. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your parcel's journey.
Please allow 1-3 working days for UK delivery.

International Shipping

We offer DHL express worldwide on international orders

DELIVERY CHARGES

UK – £4.95

Europe 1 – £25 – Taxes and duties included

Europe 2: Switzerland and Norway – £25 – Taxes and duties not included

USA & Canada – £25 – Taxes and duties included

UAE – £30 – Taxes and duties included

Rest of the World – £30 – Taxes and duties not included

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 3-7 working days

Shipping days stated exclude weekends and bank holidays.

UK – 1–3 working days

Europe – 2–5 working days

USA & Canada – 1–5 working days

UAE – 2–11 working days

Rest of the World – 2–11 working days

TAXES AND DUTIES

We ship to the UK, Europe 1, USA, Canada and the UAE on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Any applicable taxes and duties are included in the price paid at checkout, so there will be no additional customs charges on delivery.

For Europe 2 (Norway and Switzerland) and the Rest of the World, customers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties and customs charges on delivery.

Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days. During peak times or holidays, there may be slight delays - but we’ll always keep you informed.
